Corrections
Corrections policy
When The Fair Report publishes an error of fact, we correct the article and append a dated correction notice to it. We do not silently rewrite published articles.
What qualifies
- A factual claim that misstates what its cited source says.
- A factual claim whose cited source has issued its own correction.
- Misattributed quotes, figures, dates, names, or titles.
Reporting an error
Every article lists its sources, so errors are checkable by anyone. If you find one, contact us via the site operator. Verified corrections are appended to the affected article and recorded permanently.
